LPS-induced cellular immunity response and effect of herbal purgation method in intra-abdominal infections
摘要
The alterations of cytokines (TNF
PGE2)
plasma lipopolysaccharide andtheir prognostic influences in 58 patients with intra-abdominal infection were observed with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and radioimmunoassay (RIA). The result revealed earlier improvement of abnormal values of parameters
faster reduction of the level of and detectable rate of serum tumor necrosis factor
higher endotoxin detoxication rate and lower morbidity in the treated group than in the control. The theoretical basis of pharmacological effect and possible mechanism were explored.
