摘要

目的:

通过荟萃分析评价参芪扶正注射液(SFI)联合化疗治疗急性白血病(AL)的疗效和安全性.

方法:

检索 PubMed

VIP期刊集成平台、万方数据库

从建库至2018年11月1日SFI联合化疗治疗AL的随机对照临床实验 (RCTs) . 纳入SFI联合化疗治疗AL的Cochrane风险试验. 采用Cochrane风险评估表(RevMan 5.1) 对纳入研究的质量进行评估.

结果:

共纳入 14 个 RCTs

共计1

088 例患者. 质量评价多为低风险或不明确. Meta分析显示

与单独化疗比较

SFI联合化疗可提高AL患者临床总有效率 (

缓解化疗药物引起的不良反应

结论:

参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗AL的疗效和安全性良好

可缓解化疗引起的不良反应. 但由于文献方法质量的局限性

本研究结论有待大规模、多中心随机对照试验进一步验证.

Abstract

Objective:

To evaluate to the efficacy and safety of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection (SFI) combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia (AL) by meta-analysis.

Methods:

PubMed

Cochrane library

Embase

SinoMed

China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI)

VIP Journal Integration Platform

Wanfang Database were searched from establishment to November 1

2018. The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of SFI combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of AL were included. The Cochrane risk assessment form (RevMan 5.1) was used to evaluate the quality of included studies.

Results:

A total of 14 RCTs and 1

088 patients was included. The quality evaluation was mostly low risk or unclear. Meta-analysis showed that compared with chemotherapy alone

SFI combined with chemotherapy can improve the total clinical effective rate in patients with AL (

=1.15

95% CI: 1.056–1.177;

=0.0001)

and relieve adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy drugs

including infection (

=0.561

95% CI: 0.397–0.792;

=0.001)

nausea and vomiting (

=0.662

95% CI: 0.524–0.835;

=0.001)

bleeding (

=0.548

95% CI: 0.39–0.768;

=0.0001)

cardiotoxicity (

=0.230

95% CI: 0.080–0.660;

=0.006) and hyperhidrosis (

=0.348

95% CI: 0.208–0.581;

=0.0001). The incidence rates of adverse reactions in SFI combined with chemotherapy group were significantly lower than that of the chemotherapy alone group (

0.01).

Conclusions:

Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy has good efficacy and safety for AL

and it can alleviate the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy. However

subject to the limitations of the methodological quality of the literature

the conclusions of this study need to be further verified by large-scale and multi-center RCTs.
