AD)由于其发病机制复杂、缺乏有效的治疗方法
已成为世界范围内亟待解决的重大问题. 近年来一些研究报导了中枢淋巴系统存在引流β-淀粉样蛋白及免疫细胞等物质的功能
为AD的治疗提供了新的策略. 中药在我国用于治疗AD的历史悠久
其对AD患者大脑中β-淀粉样蛋白的清除作用已被众多研究证实. 本文就中药对中枢淋巴系统引流的作用机制以及中药对相关因素的调节作用作一综述. 通过探寻中药调节中枢淋巴系统治疗AD的潜在机制
将促进中药在AD治疗中的临床应用和新的治疗药物的发现.
Abstract
Due to its complex pathogenesis and lack of effective therapeutic methods
Alzheimer's disease (AD) has become a severe public health problem worldwide. Recent studies have discovered the function of central nervous system lymphatic drainage
which provides a new strategy for the treatment of AD. Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) has been considered as a cure for AD for hundreds of years in China
and its effect on scavenging β-amyloid protein in the brain of AD patients has been confirmed. In this review
the mechanism of central nervous system lymphatic drainage and the regulatory functions of CHM on correlation factors were briefly summarized. The advances in our understanding regarding the treatment of AD via regulating the central lymphatic system with CHM will promote the clinical application of CHM in AD patients and the discovery of new therapeutic drugs.
