摘要

糖尿病性视网膜病变（DR）作为全球视力障碍的主要诱因，其患病率呈持续上升趋势。尽管现有的眼部治疗和血糖控制等治疗手段已广泛应用，仍难以有效应对这一多维度疾病。慢性炎症反应与氧化应激互为因果，触发病理级联反应，是DR发生发展的关键病理环节。中药凭借多靶点和整体调节的独特优势，其抗炎和抗氧化的双重活性已得到初步验证，然而，二者协同效应及在DR中的整合机制尚未得到系统阐明。为此，本文综述中药复方、中成药、草药及其活性成分通过抗炎和抗氧化途径干预DR的研究进展，旨在阐明其作用机制，为深入理解中药综合调控DR的分子基础及临床防治提供新思路。
