药用植物资源的开发利用显著增加. 不同进化水平的各种药用植物已经鉴定出许多活性成分
包括甾体生物碱、皂苷、萜类和苷类. 关于药用植物的化学分类、分子系统发育和药理活性的研究越来越受到重视. 药用植物亲缘学主要研究药用植物的系统发育、化学成分和疗效 (药理活性和传统疗效) 之间相关性的跨学科课题. 此外
它还是实现中医药资源研究和开发的基本工具. 这篇文献综述基于植物群和物种之间的遗传关系
重点介绍了药物系统发育的形成过程、研究内容、应用和药用植物亲缘学的未来方向.
Medicinal plants have provided numerous medicinal active ingredients for thousands of years and these ingredients have been used in Chinese medicine (CM) and traditional pharmacologies worldwide. Recently
the exploitation and utilisation of medicinal plant resources has increased significantly. The results of the studies have led to the identification of many active components
such as steroidal alkaloids
saponins
terpenoids
and glycosides
in various medicinal plants with different evolutionary levels. Moreover
research on the chemical classification
molecular phylogeny
and pharmacological activity of medicinal plants is increasing in popularity. Pharmacophylogeny is an interdisciplinary topic that studies the correlation between plant phylogeny
chemical composition
and curative effects (pharmacological activity and the traditional curative effect) of medicinal plants. In addition
it provides the basic tools to enable research and development of CM resources. This literature review
based on the genetic relationship between phytogroup and species
highlights the formation process
