报道1例服用含栀子中药后出现栀子蓝色素沉积现象的临床病例. 通过观察患者服用含栀子中药前后及停药后的色素沉积变化情况
收集患者一般临床资料、基础疾病情况、肝肾功能等实验室指标以及不同节点相片. 应用ImageJ软件测定眼周色素沉积的平均光密度值进行比对分析. 结果发现
患者服用含栀子中药2个月后眼周皮肤出现明显的栀子蓝色素沉积
即 "栀子蓝面容"
停药3个月后色素沉积现象逐渐消失. 虽然尚无栀子色素导致严重毒副作用的病例报道
但不建议长期服用栀子或栀子色素. 当观察到 "栀子蓝面容" 时建议停止继续用药
警惕体内栀子色素过量带来蓄积风险.
