摘要

目的:

从中西医结合的角度研究糖尿病肾病(DKD)患者肾功能损害的相关因素.

方法:

纳入2017年10月至2019年7月于中国8家医院就诊的DKD患者共492例. 根据改善全球肾脏病预后组织(KDIGO)指南将患者分为CKD1-3期组及CKD4-5期组. 收集患者的临床资料

通过Logistic回归研究2型糖尿病患者不同CKD分期的相关因素.

结果:

人口统计学资料结果显示

男性是 DKD 患者 CKD 分期增加的相关因素(OR=3.100

=0.002). 从临床特征分析

患者糖尿病病程

60个月(OR=3.562

=0.010)、贫血(OR=4.176

0.001)、高尿酸血症(OR=3.352

0.001)、大量白蛋白尿(OR=4.058

=0.002)、动脉粥样硬化(OR=2.153

=0.007)和血虚证(OR=1.945

=0.020)是DKD患者CKD分期增加的相关因素.

结论:

男性、糖尿病病程>60个月、贫血、高尿酸血症、大量蛋白尿、动脉粥样硬化、血虚证可能提示DKD患者肾功能损害程度较重(试验注册号: NCT03865914).

Abstract

Objective:

To investigate the factors related to renal impairment in patients with diabetic kidney disease (DKD) from the perspective of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.

Methods:

Totally 492 patients with DKD in 8 Chinese hospitals from October 2017 to July 2019 were included. According to Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) staging guidelines

patients were divided into a chronic kidney disease (CKD) 1–3 group and a CKD 4–5 group. Clinical data were collected

and logistic regression was used to analyze the factors related to different CKD stages in DKD patients.

Results:

male was a factor related to increased CKD staging in patients with DKD (OR=3.100
