摘要

急性心肌梗死 (AMI) 是一种具有高发病率和死亡率的疾病

对公共卫生构成严重威胁. 虽然再灌注治疗是AMI的首选治疗方法

但却常常会加剧心肌损伤

导致心肌缺血/再灌注损伤 (MI/RI) 的发生. 因此

减轻MI/RI的策略在心血管病的治疗中迫在眉睫. 中医药因其多组分、多途径和多靶点的特点

被认为是缓解MI/RI的一种新方法. 其中

核因子E2相关因子2 (Nrf2) /血红素氧合酶-1 (HO-1) 通路是一个关键领域

该通路在MI/RI中发挥重要调控作用

涉及炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞凋亡、内质网应激和铁死亡等多个方面. 本文综述了Nrf2/HO-1信号通路的结构及其对MI/RI的影响

并回顾了中医药调节Nrf2/HO-1通路在MI/RI治疗中的最新研究. 所提供的见解旨在为MI/RI的预防和治疗奠定理论基础.

Abstract

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI)

characterized by high incidence and mortality rates

poses a significant public health threat. Reperfusion therapy

though the preferred treatment for AMI

often exacerbates cardiac damage

leading to myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury (MI/RI). Consequently

the development of strategies to reduce MI/RI is an urgent priority in cardiovascular therapy. Chinese medicine

recognized for its multi-component

multi-pathway

and multi-target capabilities

provides a novel approach for alleviating MI/RI. A key area of interest is the nuclear factor E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2)/heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) pathway. This pathway is instrumental in regulating inflammatory responses

oxidative stress

apoptosis

endoplasmic reticulum stress

and ferroptosis in MI/RI. This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway's structure and its influence on MI/RI. Additionally

it reviews the latest research on leveraging Chinese medicine to modulate the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway in MI/RI treatment.
