摘要

房颤 (AF) 是临床最常见的心律失常

具有高发病率和预后差的特点. 抗心律失常药物的应用和手术并不能完全治愈该疾病

且有许多不良反应. AF属于中医中的 "心悸" 病

针刺对于AF有显著的治疗效果. 作者发现针刺治疗AF的一个重要机制是对心脏迷走神经的调节. 因此

本文旨在回顾迷走神经在心脏中的分布和功能

以及其在治疗AF中的应用和调节效果.

Abstract

Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common arrhythmia in clinical practice. It has a high prevalence and poor prognosis. The application of antiarrhythmic drugs and even surgery cannot completely treat the disease

and there are many sequelae. AF can be classified into the category of "palpitation" in Chinese medicine according to its symptoms. Acupuncture has a significant effect on AF. The authors find that an important mechanism of acupuncture in AF treatment is to regulate the cardiac vagus nerve. Therefore

this article intends to review the distribution and function of vagus nerve in the heart

the application and the regulatroy effect for the treatment of AF.
